Aila Birth Village is committed to delivering evidence-based care grounded in the guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).

We proudly serve all families in the Greater Boston area, including surrounding suburbs, offering a comprehensive range of services. These include birth doula support, labor assistance, childbirth education, pregnancy care, birth photography, birth option advocacy, and trauma-informed doula services. We advocate for diverse birth options and provide support for hospital births, birthing center births, home births, vaginal births, cesarean sections, unmedicated and low-intervention births, medicated births, vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC/ToLAC), and more. Additional services include postpartum doula care, breastfeeding and chestfeeding support, bottle feeding guidance, NICU support, assistance with transitioning back to work, infant sleep consultations, newborn care, and bereavement and pregnancy loss support. Aila Birth Village is here to support you through every step of your journey, with care tailored to your unique needs.
