Postpartum Care Evaluation
In the days, weeks, and months after your loss, I encourage you to evaluate the care that you’ve received from your hospital and/or medical center and the providers overseeing your care. For some who have experienced a pregnancy loss, they may opt to choose a different care provider moving forward because they worry their needs are not being met. For others, they may find that their care provider was a wonderful resource and wish to continue care. Use this questionnaire to determine your feelings on the care you have received and evaluate if your care provider is meeting your needs.
